Today was cloudy, but promising. However, it was very muggy, so rain later in the day wasn't a surprise! We set off later than usual at 7.45 and it was ten by the time we returned! It was a day off for me, so it was nice not to have to hurry back. Everywhere was very green and lush...
Even on days like today, thought should go into your skin care, and protection from the sun, which is so ageing! We used to be advised to wear plenty of sunscreen on your face but it's much easier these days, as most foundations have an added spf factor - the higher the better! I think a high factor should be an absolute necessity everyday, and not just in the summer months...
Today we talked again about decluttering, a favourite subject - easier to discuss about than to do! In my opinion, this should extend to your skincare products and makeup. I believe for makeup, a small makeup bag is all that is necessary to house a maximum of 6 products which should be changed every 6 months...
